The Coal Creek Community Park and Museum is a wonderful place to volunteer,
meet people and keep active. 

There are lots of opportunities to get involved at Coal Creek Community Park as a volunteer.

As Coal Creek is open to the public 5 days a week and 7 days over the school holidays your contribution is most welcome and appreciated.
It has been through the collective efforts of many volunteers that we are able to provide a interesting and informationavtive expereince for our visitors.

We have volunteers who work as:

  • reception staff on the front counter of the main entrance
  • events
  • retail
  • building maintenance
  • grounds maintenance
  • volunteers who conduct activities and demonstrations for our school visitors
